These Terms of Service govern your use of SlyOrange and the SlyOrange HubSpot Activity Tracker. By installing or using SlyOrange, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SlyOrange provides a HubSpot-integrated application that automatically stamps three custom fields — Last Activity User, Last Activity Team, and Last Activity Type — onto contacts, companies, and deals in your HubSpot portal whenever an engagement occurs.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining access to the HubSpot account that installs SlyOrange. You must be authorized to install third-party apps on that HubSpot portal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SlyOrange to violate HubSpot's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our source code
  • Use SlyOrange in any way that violates applicable law

4. Plans and Payment

SlyOrange uses usage-based pricing with four tiers:

New installs start with a 14-day free trial on the plan you selected at signup.

Billing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge you on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are in USD.

Usage limits: If your portal exceeds its monthly engagement limit, processing pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. You'll receive a warning at 80% and 90% of your limit.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time by emailing support@slyorange.com or uninstalling the app from HubSpot. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Backfill services are priced separately as one-time fees. Contact us for a quote.

5. Your Data

You own your data. SlyOrange processes HubSpot data on your behalf and never claims ownership of your CRM records, contact data, or any data stored in HubSpot.

When you uninstall SlyOrange, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

6. Uptime and Reliability

We target 99.9% uptime for webhook processing. We don't guarantee that real-time processing will never be delayed during maintenance or unexpected incidents. If processing is unavailable, engagements that occurred during the downtime will not be retroactively processed (though our backfill service can help with historical data).

7. Limitation of Liability

SlyOrange is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlyOrange is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or revenue
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
